… with their sneak peeks into their recently catwalked (not a word, but I like the sounds of it) Spring Summer 2013 collection on Instagram. Over the last week or so, we’ve been inundated with little screen shots and up-close pics of parts of the collection… the best parts.
As you’ve probably noticed of late, Kenzo has fast become the ‘It’ label. Be it their now iconic tiger jumpers, jungle inspired caps or Vans collaboration, you can’t look through a fashion mag or site without seeing at least one street style shot that includes some Kenzo.
Oh what a perfect world.
For spring summer 2013, Humberto Leon and Carol Lim (of Opening Ceremony fame) stated: ‘We wanted to start from the beginning, to breathe new life into the idea of jungle’. It seems they actually started early, as this season, autumn winter 2012, has probably been the houses’ most commercial collection to date.
Big leopard prints in neon hues, digital jungle designs and the chic-est, most wearable utility-wear I’ve seen for a long time.
Pure amazingness, once again, from the brand of the moment!
