In the most bizarre duet the music industry has seen for a while, Dame Shirley Bassey and Dizzee Rascal wowed the crowd no end at the Children In Need concert arranged by Gary Barlow and staged at the Royal Albert Hall last Thursday. Singing Diamonds Are Forever, Shirley kicked off the song with her still-amazing vocals and was joined by Dizzee half way through. You might be thinking "Oh dear god, a grandma and a rapper together? No no no" but please just watch - they are sooo good together! And I bet you'll smile to yourself when you see Le Bassey's moves while La Rascal is doing his thing - she's flapping her bingo wings around no end. Bless her.

And don't think this is another one off performance from the Dame. She's hit number 20 on the charts with her new album, The Performance. In fact, it's the first album with all original material to be released in 20 years from the 72 year-old - "Shirley is foreverrrrr forever forever".
