She is sexiness, glamour and elegance personified. She is so incredibly polished it hurts. Her style is unrivaled by any other star - she far outdoes anyone when it comes to 50s Hollywood-chic. She is, of course, Dita Von Teese.
When it comes to fashion, a lot of magazines/experts/people (me included) say that looking effortless is what we should all strive for, but for DVT (love an initial!) it is completely the opposite. She puts in so much effort. And the outcome? Well...pure mesmerising gorgeousness. I couldn't name another celeb who dresses so well for her figure than Dita, and I know it is all part of her job (after all, I doubt she'd have fans if she chose a droopy, grey M&S bra with a hook missing) but even on her days off she wears outfits that look like they have been lazer-cut to her curves.
Never without at least a five inch heel, Dita is a lesson in power dressing. A sharp, structured dress, a pair of high waisted trousers with an amaze blouse, a full skirt suit combo. And then there's the perfect hair and painted on makeup. OH GOD IT'S ALL TOO MUCH. Burlesque has never looked so good. And guess what? The majority of her fans are now women - they love seeing another woman so in tune with her body, and for once I have to agree!
Needless to say, I love her style and fashion choices. If there's one person to look up to, it should be her. What a wardrobe! (how gay am I please?)
