Without a doubt, it's the detailing that goes into their clothes that gets me every time. Without Viktor and Rolf, the fashion world would definitely be a less interesting place, don't you think? Since their start in the industry with some seriously beautiful women's couture, Viktor and Rolf have always maintained their sense of direction and style. They love to reference, and every show/collection they have produced has had a story and a theme, from 'Stars and Stripes' to 'Upside Down' and 'Flowerbomb' to 'Bedtime Story'. Their fashion has always, and will always, be highly artistic and highly conceptual.
Anyway anyway anyway, I digress (see, this is what V&R do to me). The point of this blog was to show off their latest men's collection, shown in Paris. Look, it comes fully equipped with jeans embroidered with little spectacles, layered knits and wool jackets, a shirt that looks like it has been dip-dyed to the neck (wow), square print trousers, decorated lapels, a gorgeous blue satin trimmed jacket, suits to die for and silk neck ties that look heavenly to wear. In short, a collection that rivals all others.
Without doubt my favourite fashion duo.
