During the photo shoot on Wednesday we used the Soho based shop American Retro (35 Old Compton Street) to take a couple of snaps. You've probably walked past it a million times, looked at the cool window display, maybe peeked in... you MUST actually GO in now. It's FULL with great buys!
I got talking to the lovely owner, Sue, who told me that she was actually the first person/shop to buy the fab jean brand Humor in the country. Quite an interesting story considering there are so many of the big stores stocking it now! Sue's one person who knows what to buy into!
I bought these red check Humor shorts (£55), they are SO comfy and will look great with ANYTHING! Also, look at these amaze candelabras and the fun red 'fruit' basket. Sooo retro cool!
It really does do what it says on the tin, so to speak. American Retro is filled with interesting fashion, home pieces and little trinkets!
