Here's Amanda Seyfried at the 'Letters to Juliet' premier last night in an amaze blue RM by Roland Mouret dress. I'm totally loving her at the moment.
It's been quite a fashion whirlwind for little Amanda Seyfried of late actually. In the last few months she, and presumably her stylist, have been on the hunt - high and low - for some of the most stunning and well fitted dresses I've seen for a long time on the red carpet.
From her 2004 film debut appearance on teen flick 'Mean Girls', it seems Amanda has completely evolved, both in movie roles and in her style. And guess what? I'm loving all the changes. My love affair with Amanda's red carpet wardrobe started in March at the Oscars. That gorgeous icy-blue Armani Prive gown made my heart flutter - not only because her and J-Lo looked gorgeous next to each other (both in similar frocks) and for the draped side detail, but also because the colour was a perfect compliment to her light skin tone and blonde locks.
The months since the Oscars have seen the Mamma Mia! star dress for her shape, size and colouring. She seems to be a fan of blues and purples - great on blondes, lots of nude colours - again, gorgeous with her olive complexion and she's a fan of black - isn't everyone??
If she goes short, she goes for just above the knee which elongates her pins, she often opts for a piece that is cinched in at the waist and she's a massive fan of showing off her arms - in one shoulder numbers, strapless gowns (her fav) and even little capped sleeves which add more shape.
J'adore you Amanda. Can I can come round and play dress up please??
