I'm putting my hands up. I blagged my way in to the J.W. Anderson show. In fact, I didn't even blag, I just walked in. And I'm glad I did.
I had a discussion with a couple of my girl friends not long ago about how fashion they wore in the 90s is coming back again, which is no great surprise, but they said in particular the whole trouser-with-skirt-attached which in a Camden sort of way is hideous, but in a J.W. Anderson way it works.
I was with my friend Disney Roller Girl who was simply salivating over the whole collection. Give her a trouser and a brogue and she's anyones. We got talking about the skirt over trousers and agreed this is the way to do it.
J.W. does boots like no other. Always adorned with embellishment. And always amazing. This season it was furry bits. And the pajama prints were gorgeous as well!
In short, loved it!
