Hey!

Welcome to The Very Simon G. My blog has been going for nearly a decade, but there ain’t getting away from me just yet! Come in for fashion, fun and everything in between. Enjoy!

Moschino goes sporty... and I love it!

Sports shops are unsightly, as are the clothes they sell, but Moschino's autumn winter 2011 sporty themed men's collection has ticked all the boxes for me. OK, so it's not all tracksuit and jersey, but even the shirt with the football on the shoulder put a smile on my face!

Since Moschino's partnership with the Aironi rugby team last year, the new men's collection has been solely influenced by the game; double stripes on shirts and trousers, 'trampled on' tuxedos and shirts, and the most detailed yet tiny print of a fan-packed stadium all over a nylon jacket. There are, thank goodness, the old Moschino classics too - in the shape of all-over micro prints on shirts; faces, slogans and mini trainers and bow ties.

I feel in love with Moschino all over again last year when I quite literally launched myself at the rail in Selfridges after spotting their signature monochrome MOSCHINO print and a painted jacket. And, it's safe to say, that love is here to stay!

Ahhhh I want all of this. I'm going to be VERY poor VERY soon!
