Looking through all the catwalk reports and pictures from Milan has made me very happy. There's plenty of prints, lots of lovely colour and bags bags bags! OMG I've never actually seen bags like it. They're bigger than ever, in size and popularity. Think Victoria Beckham for the boys. In fact, VB should really do a whole men's bag collection, that would make my fashion-life!
So there have been big bags, not even weekend bags, these look like everyday carriers which is just as well - to buy one would probably be a whole months salary for most people, I'd want proper use out of it. On the other end of the spectrum, there has also been clutch bags galore which once again sees the lines of masculinity and femininity in men's fashion blurred even more. An interesting side to the fashion industry. Prada's studded and plain clutches look like they'll go with any outfit, but will men jump on this trend?? I just don't know. I guess they could call them a filofax-esque carry thingy, or something more masculine!
My absolute favourites have to be from Versace; the buttery tan and cream hues and the size of them gets my credit card twitching already!
What do you think of the bags from Milan? A Prada clutch anyone?
