The Queen arrived in Wales today to officially open the Welsh National Assembly. HM, along with Prince Phillip, Prince Charles and Camilla all rocked up to the Senedd in Cardiff (the official building for the National Assembly) for this mornings ceremony.
Her Majesty looked lovely and summery in her turquoise dress coat over a white and blue dress with, of course, matching hat. She looked very serious when delivering her speech, but thankfully turned on the smiles when she met visitors and dignitaries.
