I've never really been that enamoured by bag collaborations, I guess there just hasn't been one that has blown me away. Until now. Until the brainiacs in the creative offices of Longchamp and the design/print genius that is Mary Katrantzou joined forces. OMG these bags really have sent me into a daze. I'm obsessed already, but unfortunately, lovely reader, I'm yet to find out when they are available, and price points. Bear with me on that one.
The collection shows off just how other worldly Mary's prints are, and can be. Of the bags, Mary revealed on Twitter that: "For one of the Tote bags, the print features the Longchamp NY store underwater over a field of daisies and encased by dragon pillars!". Her creativity is beyond. Just beyond!
Mary hasn't ventured into menswear yet (I'm DYING for a printed tee or two!), so I guess a tote bag or overnight bag from Longchamp will have to do. Not that you should chose one or the other. Trust me, if I was a women I'd be head-to-toe in her designs (and, apparently, bankrupt!).
