A Chanel covered Lady Gaga for Barneys 'Gaga's Workshop' launch...

It's obvious, isn't it? The biggest noise in music working hand in hand with possibly the most popular fashion house like, ever? That's how Lady Gaga and Chanel roll!

Here is the Lady in a truly unique Chanel gown, made especially for her by Karl Lagerfeld. Unfortunately for Karl, I think the seriousness of his fashion is taken away somewhat by those rather ugly, oversized scissors, but then again he knows what he's letting himself in for with le Gaga.

It's quite nice actually. In fact, nice NOT to see so much of her! We are so used to seeing Lady Gaga in virtually nothing - just in her knickers with no trousers, boob-skimming tops etc - that when she's covered up, from head-to-toe, you have a bit of a strange reaction to it, you double take. And then, once again, you talk about it, just like I'm doing here. Which is why Gaga is such a HUGE star now.

To dress is to express. This is surely her mantra.
