Last week Disney Roller Girl and myself were very kindly invited to the turning on of the Christmas lights at Stella McCartney's Bruton Street store. What really sold the event to me was the fact that Edina Monsoon - OK Jennifer Saunders, but in complete character - was to turn on the lights. How the hell could I miss that!? Not a chance.
So we hot footed it down to the store. Now, forgive me, but I'd never been into a Stella store up until last week. Not even for a quick browse. So for me, it was a double whammy event - see Eddie in all her glory, and check out the shop. Obviously it was crowded with people, a few celebs too, but what I saw, I liked.
They'd transformed it into a Christmas wonderland, equipped with an amazing Stella Christmas dinner table with shoes as place settings. Wouldn't mind that on Christmas day!!
Here's Eddie doing her extremely funny thing outside the store. Hilarious when she talks to Kate Moss, and even funnier when she forces Emma Bunton to sing! At the end is the actual lights!
