It seems with Meryl Streep at the helm of 1980s/90s Britain in her new role as Maggie Thatcher in The Iron Lady, the country's first Prime Minister has become a bit more... fashion-y!
In the film, I've just been informed, Meryl/Maggie dons some rather fine Salvatore Ferragamo heels and a gorgeous bag to match! Who knew Maggie was into high end threads? The answer is, of course, she probably wasn't, but it adds to a film that will surely be the 'It' movie of the year!
