Yesterday saw the launch of Bicester Village's British Designer Collective pop up shop. For the past three years the discount retail village has pulled together a few of Britain's most amazing and talented designers to celebrate our country's fashion industry, all supported by the British Fashion Council. And this year was, for me, the best show off since the pop up shop's launch.
Not least because Holly Fulton features heavily, once again, but the actual shop is definitely worth a visit. I spoke with Melanie, Bicester's digital marketing manager, who told me that this was the first year that they had bought an actual set designer on board to make the shop EVEN MORE brilliant. Old vintage door knobs and hand mirrors adorned the walls... and incredible clothes adorned the rails!
