It's that time of year again... just as the sun comes out, the PRs have to show off their autumn winter collections! But it's not that much of a hardship for me, not when I'm faced with such a mass of gorgeousness as the AW12 Moschino and Moschino Cheap and Chic collections.
Look! Have you ever seen such fun?? Moschino Cheap and Chic was awash with face references: winking eyes, colourful lips and faces staring back at you. It did actually remind me a lot of David Koma's fab autumn winter 2011. Added to the mix was the oh-so-cute makeup print (on skirts, shirts, dresses), big pink sequins, patchwork mulit-coloured lace and some of the best colour printed fur ever!
In short ladies, a GREAT GREAT collection!
Moschino main line was also something to ogle over. Now ladies, obviously the prices reflect the amazing craftsmanship of the collection, but it would be definitely worth investing in a piece of Moschino for this autumn/winter.
Maybe a skirt or blouse with a string of pearls intertwined through eyelets on the hem or collar? Or what about something feather-y? Or, perhaps, something with the most incredible embroidery known to man?
I implore you ladies to at least check out Moschino for next season, and this one too actually!
