I reckon Jessie J's wardrobe has been talked about more than anyone's in the UK in the last year or so. She changed stylists, sacked the new one, has been reported to now be self-styling and has worn a heck load of Versace and trousers lately.So yeah, there's been a lot of column inches on J's looks. You know what? I rather loved this outfit. Just when you think Jessie J is incapable of rocking anything that's not skin-tight and involves a large amount of spandex, she goes and pulls this sophisticated cobalt blue Gucci number out of the bag. She's even gone and kept her accessories understated, nice work Jessie J!

Jessie shouldn’t have left her spaceship in this outfit. I love her hair and makeup, she looks beautiful, but that outfit does nothing for her at all. It's all wrong. It’s a no from me, and don’t even get me started on those ugly yellow nails. If I’d seen her in a crowd, from the neck up I would have been impressed, but like that I’d ask her how her James Cameron role was going.

Jessie J... where to start. Accessorizing a GI Jane cut is never easy, so props to her for taking risks with this ensemble. Sadly, however, I'm afraid the risk doesn't pay off. There's just way too much going on here for my liking. I'd say simplicity is key moving forward, JJ!

Kaftan over trousers is literally my favourite silhouette of late, and Gucci's offerings have had me all hot under the collar (did you SEE Li Bingbing at the Vanity Fair party?), so naturally I love this look on Jessie. And what's more, I think it's a grown up look for her. The colour is INSANE, and I love the powerful vibe of this outfit. Girrrl, Gucci is good for you!
