It's gone Liberace mad since the release of the new Michael Douglas film, 'Behind The Candelabra' - I'm yet to see it, but can not WAIT. It's amazing hearing everyone talk about the man who really bought 'bling' to the fore. His pioneering efforts at glamour basically kept the sequin trade going during his life time. Pushing boundaries - in fashion and also in his private life - was his thing, he loved a reaction.Obviously I've been YouTubing the hell out of him in the last couple of weeks, and just keep coming back to this same video. It's probably the BEST entrance to a show I've ever seen. It takes fabulous to new levels. It takes bling to new heights. I just love the uber campness of it all...
