Time for ANOTHER 16-year-old fashion star. Last week it was Chloe Moretz in Viktor & Rolf, this week it's the gorgeous Hailee Steinfeld in House of Holland. What a lucky lady. Not only has she been nominated for Academy and BAFTA awards for her outstanding acting skills, but she's also worn designers such as Michael Kors, Kenzo, Dolce and Gabbana and now... House of Holland. This sentence sounds a lot like one I wrote in last week's Chloe Moretz story, and that's because... it is! They are both VERY lucky teenagers.Hailee was at the Teen Choice Awards Sunday last gone, in this bold House of Holland dress. Making a statement is what these particular awards are all about, and that's exactly what she did.But what did some blogger mates think? Here ya go...

I've always wondered what it would be like to pull open a gigantic Christmas cracker and find a human inside. Now I know.

I could not physically BE any more in love with this outfit. Unless of course, Hailee had gone with a different clutch, that one doesn't quite work. But hey, she's still a teenager and compared to my own teenage fashion crimes a slightly mis-matched clutch is nothing.
I'm all for reinvention, but for the woman that was the face of those incredibly vintage Miu Miu tea dresses, i'm really not feeling it. It's far to garish - this is British pop-star wear, not Oscar nominee. The proportions are odd - especially with those tiny strappy red heels. The make up is straight off RuPaul's drag race. And that clutch doesn't go in the slightest. Good hair mind.
***And moi...***
Personally, I like these younger stars to still look young, dressing older than your years is fine when out on the pull, but when you're on a red carpet, you want to reflect your youth. And this dress does exactly that. It's PERFECT for Hailee. I particular love that 80s, Princess Diana vibe about it. OK, so the clutch isn't the best fit, but I do LOVE this dress.
