I spend most days idly filling up my imaginary, fantasy shopping basket, a new one every day actually. Favourite fashion retail sites, cars, Lisa Vanderpump's wardrobe, one-off finds. I also spend some time thinking how to get rich, fast - don't pretend you don't too, I know most people do. The lottery is often the first thing that springs to mind. So it's very apt that when the National Lottery lovelies asked me (not GAVE me, no no no, I wish!) what I'd do if I won £20,000 on their New Lotto raffle, I knew exactly what I'd do.Well, it didn't take me long to figure it out. Heck, I could probably spend £20,000 before you could say... how would you spend £20,000? And no, I'm not paying off any mortgage, or giving any away to relatives or some donkey sanctuary. I'm spending it on ME. Pure, unadulterated LUXURY...
***Yup, this A. Tunney alligator bag (available on Farfetch.com) actually comes in at £23,041, so I'd have to put money to it. Tempting...***
***Or I could do something useful with the money, like invest it in some vintage Versace. The bill soon adds up, some of these go for over a grand! These are available on from House of Liza***
***OK, so I wouldn't buy a house, but I'd make damn sure my current one looks AMAZING, with only Jimmie Martin furniture everywhere. Seriously some of the best and most unique homewear/art ever ever ever (and not cheap, that set of chairs, £4,000!)***
***Finally, I'd get Liza Minnelli over to do me a one-on-one intimate rendition of Beyonce's Single Ladies, just like the one she did in Sex And The City 2 movie. What a way to spend the money!***
So there you have it. Some ways I'd spend the £20,000. Remember to look out for the New Lotto which will go on sale this Autumn, at £2 a line and will offer more ways to win more money including:
- a new Lotto raffle – at least 50 winners will scoop a guaranteed £20,000 in each Lotto draw, and if the jackpot rolls, the number of raffle winners grows too
- bigger prizes for matching three numbers – the prize for matching three numbers will more than double, increasing from £10 to £25
- bigger jackpots – the average Saturday jackpot will increase to around £5 million and the Wednesday jackpot will increase to around £2.5 million
How would you spend yours?
