I'm officially smitten. Granted it doesn't take a lot for me to start screaming about a particularly amazing dress, or to use every positive adjective under the sun about a collection that takes my fancy, but this time... this time it's actual love. Alexander Terekhov has gone and done it.And to think I didn't even know about this Russian designer before yesterday. To think I might have gone through life never knowing how utterly amazing his designs were, not knowing that my love for dresses would escalate to this level.WOW I'm dramatic. But I don't really care. Terekhov's Autumn Winter 2013 collection was gorgeous, but it was the last few pieces that made me actually gasp with delight. And it's actually all thanks to Mummy G... I was searching for a dress for her for my wedding on Luisaviaroma.com when I stumbled across these...I know, amazing right? It's the glamorous, fabulous, diva-ness of them that drew me in. The trompe l'oeil ladies and hands that wrap around waists, necks and arms, the embellishments that are the rings and bracelets of these dress-ladies. The dramatic, mesmerizing, striking designs of these dresses just leave me... quite speechless!Here's some lookbook images too...
