Actor Jeremy Renner was seen on the red carpet on Wednesday evening for the 'American Hustle' LA screening. He wore this Dior Homme blue wool suit from the Spring Summer 2014 collection. Now, I realise this might not be to everyone's taste, but for me, it gets a whole TWO thumbs up. Time after time men on the red carpet are total disappointments. A black suit? Soooo boring.Short of getting 2 Chainz to appear on every red carpet in head-to-toe Versace, I hope Jeremy keeps going with these slightly different, unique suits. I LOVE the long length lapel and same satin strip down the leg. It's gorgeous. But what do some of my blogger mates think? Scroll down...

This looks more like a Star Trek uniform than a tuxedo. I can see what they were trying to do with the satin tuxedo stripe, on the front and down the sides of the legs, and while the colour is nice, it just doesn't work. The outfit is put together, but unfortunately it's an ugly suit.

I have to pay kudos to Jeremy for trying something bolder than the staple black suit, so for me the effort makes it a winner but I'm not really feeling this look on him. The bold hue matched with the facial hair just comes off a bit gimmicky. Does anyone remember 'Sweet' from the musical episode of Buffy?! But the look as a whole works with the accessories, just on someone else and in a skinnier, modern fit.

I love a bit of colour on the red carpet. The colour of the suit is beautiful. Love the contrasting lapels, but they seemed to have gone overboard with the whole contrasting thing. The vertical bit extending down the front is hideous, and the contrasting details around the suit pocket and trousers are way too much. Way too busy here, sorry me no likey!
