We've marvelled (and some have cried) over the John Lewis bear and hare Christmas ad, and we've swooned and laughed at the Harvey Nichols 'Sorry I spent it on myself' Xmas campaign, and it seems that the race and competition for brands to come up with new and clever seasonal video campaigns is still going strong.Smythson have just released their '125 Years of Magical Gifts' video which sees a pair of magicians hands pulling things out of a hat and turning 2D images into actual bags. If you ask me, this is rather genius, and actually really lovely! I love how it's shot.Who doesn't love to receive one of Smythson's signature embossed notebooks with their quirky slogans, or a rather luxurious diary? If mine came courtesy of a hat-pulling trick, I'm sold!Enjoy!
