I kind of already knew what my boy blogger friends were going to say about Adrien Brody's red red carpet look here. The same as me. Well, maybe a kinder version of what I'm actually thinking.Listen up... I'm all for a red suit - it's actually one of my favourite colours for some tailoring - but in this shiny bridesmaid material? Just no. And with an unbuttoned shirt? NO. And with the jacket undone? NO NO NO.Really we should be having a go at D&G, but I love them too much. Let's put it down to a bad decision by a bad stylist.Anyway, here's what they thought...

Oh Adrien Brody, sometimes you look so damn suave (remember those Zegna campaigns?) and sometimes you look like you've found something in the back of Graham Norton’s wardrobe. Sadly this is the latter. Two essential rules broken here: if you’re wearing this kind of statement suit, you have to keep it sartorial: put on a bow tie! And double breasted suits always, ALWAYS look better done up. Also, while we’re on it, this is a red carpet event and really, your stylist should know that you should NEVER wear red to a red carpet event (unless it’s a floor-length Valentino gown). Fab shoes fail to save this one, sorry Adrien.
