I make it no secret that I love all things luxury. Most of the posts on this blog include at least one thing that only very few people can afford, I just end up drooling. I'm just like a magpie when it comes to shiny, amazing things. And ain't nothing so shiny and amazing as a new Fendi store, full with new Fendi things, smelling of lovely Fendi scents. Fendi Fendi Fendi Fendi. When Fendi opened the doors to its brand new Bond Street store last month, I simply HAD to have a little tour. I knew it'd be extreme luxury (meaning I knew I couldn't afford anything), so I knew I'd love it. It has that awe-inspiring feel about it, like you want to be in there for a good while, exploring the many rooms. And what's more, this store is home to the first EVER dedicated Fendi menswear department. Scroll down to see pics of what is in store (literally) for us men...
That's an ACTUAL Baguette wall, featuring 30,000 bronze spikes!!
This tree is made in steel, pyrite and features leather foilage. It was made by Paris-based designer Maria Pergay and apparently the Fendis actually had one exactly like this in their home!
This is in the made-to-order service room, where clients can personalize their bags. The walls are coated in hand stitched leather, and those boxes contain leathers, embroideries and fabrics that the client can choose from. LUXE!
Here are the bags from the Peekaboo Project. Adele's eye lash one is my fave!
And introducing the first Fendi men's department in the UK! Pure amazingness!
