Oh my God, this is one of those rare red carpet moments when my heart stops, I gasp loudly and fawn for hours over the dress. Heidi Klum will never top this blue fringed dress I don't think. No matter how many gowns Donatella chucks at her.She's at the Creative Arts Emmy Awards, and the dress is designed by one of her Project Runway alumni - Sean Kelly (season 13) - and is completely and utterly drop dead gorgeous.Maybe it's because I'm obsessed with fringing, or maybe because I love ombre, or it might be that I love a bit of dramatic dressing, but to me, this is the ultimate gown.JUST WOW!
