Unless you've not been on Instagram for this whole week, you would have seen a regram of Celine Dion running around Paris, or on a car roof, coming and going to the fashion week couture shows.
It seems that since the death of her husband, her style has completely changed. Maybe she just wanted a complete 180, and this was the easiest thing to change. Understandable after such a tragic event.
But it has worked. Column inches have racked up, A LOT. Social media posting has increased massively. SHE'S NOW A FASHION STAR TOO!
And Vogue magazine have jumped on this with an amazing campaign... #CelineTakesCouture
'She keeps a master file divided into mini files of pages torn from magazines. She circles looks from collections special issues, turns down pages, and despairs when a look or accessory is not produced and the sample unbuyable.''In Vegas, Velcro panels are added to allow for her ribcage to expand or for a quick outfit change. Micro straps of elasticized chiffon prevent a slit from becoming a sloppy situation mid-squat. Shoes—always heels, never platforms—are ordered one size smaller (she is normally a 38) and refitted with metal shanks.'
