Animal charity collaborations to support right now!

It's giving back time people! Stop buying hair straighteners, novelty jumpers and printed bedding as Christmas presents and take a look at some of the amazing fashion and jewellery collaborations that are as lovely to look at as they are vital to helping out brilliant causes. The baubles can wait for a minute!ANIMALS NEED US. Really need us. African elephants are almost at the point of extinction, and the 600 million stray dog population is a huge problem that is being tackled, but needs lots of hands on deck.So I've put together a list of just a few of the great animal charity collaborations that need your help...

Wild At Heart Foundation x Black Score

Renowned florist Nikki Tibbles and Black Score's designer, Simeon Farrar, have teamed up to create a collection of oh-so-cute doggy sweaters for Nikki's Wild At Heart Foundation. They're all £50 and 100% of the proceeds go directly to the charity. Shop them here.

Elizabeth Scarlett x Local Ocean Trust

Blogger Kelly Eastwood, a.k.a. The London Chatter, has worked with accessory designer Elizabeth Elsey to create this gorgeous pouch with cute embroidered turtles. 100% of the proceeds go directly to the preservation of the turtle population via the Local Ocean Trust who aim to protect Kenya's marine life. Find out more here.

ED by Ellen DeGeneres x David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust

After the shock announcement from that big orange thing in the White House that they are thinking about lifting the ban on importing elephant kill trophies, the world finally listened. Ellen did so in a big way. She got straight on to her own range, ED by Ellen and created this tee that is actually now sold out but will be coming back asap. The #bekindtoelephants t-shirt will see all net profits go to the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust which operates the world's most successful orphan elephant  rescue programme. See more here.

Cape Clasp x Whale and Dolphin Conservation

I kept seeing these pop up on Instagram, so obviously had to buy one. Cape Clasp was set up in 2012 and works with a few charity partners to raise money for oceanic causes. This particular one helps support the Whale and Dolphin Conservation, with 15% of the profits going straight to the charity. Get one here.

Save The Elephants x Katharine Hamnett

I'm sure you've all seen legendary fashion designer Hamnett's t-shirts with 'CANCEL BREXIT' emblazoned across them, and now she's teamed up with Save The Elephants on this STOP IVORY TRADE NOW tee. Proceeds go to support the campaign for a worldwide ban of the ivory trade. See more here.
