Well well well,
We are here, obviously! Bangkok is EXACTLY what i expected it to be - a hot mass of pollution, lady boys, tuk tuk noise and seedy sex shows - FABULOUS! I think i'll leave Bangkok firmly in my memories afer this trip! Dont get me wrong, I am enjoying it in the city, but i would rather leave here with my lungs still intact!
We slept loads today to make up for much needed beauty sleep and went down to see Koh San Road in the day. But before that, in the hotel room getting ready, Lee did ask if he should put his make-up on so I slowly counted to 10 in my head and said no calmly (although i was gonna run and jump at him) - seeing as once outside, his beautuifully applied bronzer would of melted onto his fine couture! koh san was good actually, a lot of old smutz and tut to buy, so obviously we bought everything! Inclucing 500 bhat fake deisel jeans! We went to Patpong next, the night market, which was good too, but didnt buy anything except for a ticket to a show - and im not talking anything like Cats! Im sure this particular show would bring Lord Webber out in hives!
The bar was interesting, i think the name inticed us in - Super Pussy! You might think what the hell are 2 fags gonna do in a place like that, but we HAD to experience it! WELL!!!! I never knew there were so many uses for the Lady Garden area! Blowing candles out, pulling razers out of it, popping balloons by shooting things out of it (we were asked kindly to move out the way!), filling coke bottles up with some strange looking liquid etc etc. You can all imagine mine and Lee's face! Then they start on you, coming over and touching you, massaging you - which we kindly excepted, and then told them we were gay! Haha! So no tip for them!
After that experience, we went to another - this time it was called Night Boys - we had to even out the chemical imbalance of straightness in our heads! We sat there, watching thai boys do strange things with shaving foam, fire and monkey bars. The climax (excuse the pun) of the night was seeing two thai boys having sex on the stage, then on the floor, then on the monkey bars, then cart-wheeling and finally wheel-barrowing round the audience, coming up to our table for a tip - while still having sex! So yes, Bangkok really does live up to its name!
We are finding our way over to the islands at some point tomorrow hopefully so will update from there. Although we havnt actually organised anything! We'll be fine though!
Must go now, need to sleep again!
