The writers, actors, directors, runners are just genius! I realise it is just fiction, but for some reason it seems more real to me than a lot of the other shows... obviously I am slightly deluded because some might ask how real a lot of the story lines are BUT, for instance, Gossip Girl is a bit too unrealistic - the mums and dads in it are the same age as the kids!
Sally Field's Emmy award was well deserved, she's a superb actress and plays the matriarch with ease and the brothers and sisters are truly so convincing. Its just such compelling viewing and if any of you don't watch it, go and buy the box sets IMMEDIATELY!
