Hey!

Welcome to The Very Simon G. My blog has been going for nearly a decade, but there ain’t getting away from me just yet! Come in for fashion, fun and everything in between. Enjoy!

The 'Very' festival fashion with Cocosa...

LinkI've never professed to be a keen festival goer - the mud, rain and crowds don't really excite me, and unless Beyonce or one of my older Divas is there I don't really want to know - but when Cocosa invited me to style up some festival gear in a shoot, I couldn't resist. And when they asked my to cover the Big Chill for them (not until August) I also couldn't say no, considering they want me to chose my best and worst dressed from the day! WATCH OUT PEOPLE!!

Cocosa, the amaze designer flash-sale site, are on a quest to find the ultimate festival look, and they've asked myself and four other fabulous bloggers to create their ideal festival looks. Last week saw us all get together to shoot the looks on models. With only a couple of rails of clothes to chose from, I think I captured my festival looks down to a tee.

For the festival girl; something chic yet comfy yet fabulous yet fierce... a Halston Heritage black asymmetric dress and studded boots with MASSIVE sunnies and a long gold necklace - naturally!

For the festival boy; something fun yet floaty yet practical yet amaze... drop crotch trousers with Hunters, a Vivienne Westwood tee and a GORGEOUS Vivienne Westwood women's cape-shirt - obviously!

You can find my chosen photos on Cocosa's Facebook page. And, if you'd like to, you can 'like' mine to show some support. First LIKE Cocosa's page, then 'like' my looks, or if you don't like mine, like a fellow blogger's festival outfits, they're all as fab as each other! (mine are best though ahhhhem!)

You can also sign up to Cocosa's site with the special code 'festival' to avoid their long long waiting list. GET SHOPPING!!

Be sure to check back in for my Big Chill festival coverage with some best and worst dressed people!

Enjoy!

It's a 'Better Day' with Dolly Parton in Knoxville!
