I have to agree with everything Kylie says here to be honest. On E!'s Fashion Police with Joan Rivers, Kylie says that Madonna 'perplexed' people rather than excited them when she whipped her boob out, and I think she's spot on.
COME ON MADGE... keep your boobs to yourself. I'm sorry, but my mother is the same age as you, and if she ever did this on stage, I'd be distraught. And I'm sure Lourdes is cringing from head-to-toe at your silly behaviour. No excuse!
