The saying 'don't judge a book by its cover' does stretch to fashion too. You can be drawn in to a trend/label/collection in a second just by loving one look/piece/picture, only to delve a bit further and regret your initial, immediate YES reaction. And for someone like me, who is obsessed with all things visual and colourful, that can be a dangerous thing. I could end up using the LOVE word a million times a day. In fact, I probably do.When I saw Labour Of Love's shoot, I was hooked at first glance. Not knowing much about the brand, I quickly looked around their site and I'm happy to say... I LOVE EVERYTHING. The shoot is so visual and fun, it catches your eye at the top of the image, leaving you wanting more. In short, a very successful and effective set of images. And the clothes are all so me! If I was of the opposite sex, you KNOW you'd see me in a leopard print harem pant, or those long-length waterproof jackets. There's a tuxedo print dress that blew my mind too! They do have a couple of men's bits on the site, but I really would urge the lovely designers to create some more for us. I'd definitely have a wardrobe full, thanks!
