Over in a very cold, snowy New York, fashion editors, buyers, bloggers and photographers are grabbing their double-skinny-extra-hot-wet-lattes and venturing out to see the new season's fashions. And last night saw Alexander Wang show his autumn/winter 2014 collection to an eager bunch of fashion lovers.His show was staged in Brooklyn... of all places!! Doesn't he know they only do Manhattan or nothing? However, for this master of cool - based in New York - they made the, erm, 30-minute journey. And they're lucky they did. Meet the new 'It' boot for next season ladies. Wang has spoken. This is it. In all its guises.The new super-luxe wellie and cowboy boot. No backs. Genius. And the taller ones with backs are just as amazing. You can guarantee that come September, after all their magazine coverage, these boots will be seen stomping around Brooklyn, the Bronx, New Jersey, Manhattan and everywhere else in between.So let it be written, so let it be done.
