I don't ever wear suits. Well, that's a lie, I wore one on my wedding day, and it was Versace, but apart from that you won't really find me in anything particularly tailored. Yes, I love a good shirt - printed obviously - but suit wise, it's a no go for me.For one, luckily I don't work in an industry that calls for a suit and tie situation, apart from the odd black tie event. I've kind of dodged working in corporate offices for most of my adult life because the fact that I just feel so damn uncomfortable in a suit. For me, it's just not something I'd choose to don. However, in later life, I've found I have a case of the Graham Nortons, and sometimes find myself eying up a gorgeous embroidered suit, or one with an all over print (actually, I'm looking for one for a friends wedding in June if anyone has any suggestions?), or just a lovely coloured option. I fancied a deep red suit, and Next came to the rescue. They actually have other amazing colours, but red is my fav (believe it or not, I used to actually have red hair, like Sharon Osbourne).I couldn't just wear it with a shirt underneath though, like I said, that's not me at all, so chose this amazing Beth Postle neoprene T-shirt (take a look here for info on Beth). I've only worn the T-shirt twice, I don't want to ruin it, and each time I feel amazing in it. And actually, I loved it with this suit. The desert boots are from a collaboration with Clarks Originals and Patternity, one of my favourite pairs of shoes in my wardrobe right now.
