London Collections Men came and went in a bit of a flash. Usually I'd be running around, fitting as much in as possible, but I decided to take it easy this season, and just see the things I really wanted to see (Read: I was a bit too late with ticket requests. Read: I couldn't really be bothered with the whole begging thing. Read: I'm too old to be doing this now.)But I wanted to go and see the exhibition - my favourite part of the few days to be honest, and besides, Primark asked me to work with them on this little outfit post, and I didn't want to say no!Following on from the whole Suzy Menkes peacocks-at-dawn thing, I'm very aware about those people who rock up to fashion weeks with Barbie heads hanging off shoulder pads, or enough print/colour clashes to send you into seizure, so I wasn't about to choose anything too OTT or unrealistic for me. I do actually dress like this all year round. Yes, those are Vivienne Westwood orbs printed all over my jeans, and yes, those are £16.50 Primark shoes with them, AND WHAT? So many people still don't really know about Primark's menswear offering. OK, so we know Primark is cheap and cheerful, but that's fine with me. Their T-shirts, like this one I'm wearing (£7.50), are amazing to just have in your wardrobe.Yes, that sounds like PR fluff, but it's NOT I tell you. It's NOT. I have so many of their longline tees, and, surprisingly, they last for ages! Plus they have zips on either side at the bottom, which makes them feel a bit more luxe. And, also not PR fluff, these shoes are actually really comfy. They served me well for the whole day.
This outfit post was created in collaboration with Primark.
