And when she says planned, she probably means about a month before Bella glided down the red carpet.Cannes Film Festival is, if you ask me, the one event of the year that is a REAL red carpet spectacle. Hundreds of gown are expertly cherry picked, altered, pressed, steamed, ironed and accessorised by the A list stylists. I imagine it's the busiest time for most of them.Some stars stay on the Riviera for the whole two week stretch. That's a LOT of dresses to pick. And don't think for a minute it's just pointing and saying yes to a dress... it's months in the making. Some of the gowns are couture, most are snipped and stitched to fit the celebrity and then there's what shoes to team with it?It takes a village, people!I could write umpteen blog posts on all the dresses seen over the last couple of weeks - I would SO love to do that - but I fear you'd all get bored very quickly. And actually, for me, there were two clear winners. Two clear standout best dressed. Two clearly amazing stylist.Araya A.
