Marios Schwab's glamourous Amazonian warrior women, equipped with the best fringed shoes I've ever seen, the longest, straightest hair and pleats, folds, raffia belts and Swarovski embellished sheer panels. This collection is all about 'Schwab [exploring] at once both nature and human ancestry' according to the show notes... I love the new Schwab women!
Topshop Unique's minimalism. A very monochromatic collection, with hints of yellow, next Summer is quite a move away from this season's dark, cross-influenced, heavier line. Lots of sheer too, which is quickly becoming a big recurring trend from the shows...
And Mary Katrantzou. I wasn't at the show, but appreciating the Queen of Print isn't hard to do even from a set of pictures. It was a fashion journey Mary portrayed through her unbelievable Spring Summer 2013 collection with a montage of stamps and foreign currency taking centre stage.
