I have to admit, I didn't think I'd have one GASP moment from the SAG Awards 2016 red carpet last night. Histocially, it isn't an award ceremony that has had much 'gown clout' for me.WRONG.I had at least three 'OMGLOOKATTHATFUCKINGDRESS' moments. And from very surprising people too!

GASP MOMENT ONE... Alicia Vikander in Louis Vuitton

Alicia Vikander - The Danish Girl star - is best dressed for me, in her friggin' gorgeous Louis Vuitton fully sequinned number. This is a dress that really says: 'My first red carpet moment when people took me seriously as an actress'. If you didn't know who Alicia was, you do know. She'll be in all the best dressed lists! I imagine I'd gasp over and over again if I'd seen her in the flesh! GASP.

GASP MOMENT TWO... Nicole Kidman in Gucci

Nicole Kidman. She, who most of the time is on the 'meh' list, who sometimes can resemble a glass of milk in a dress, has COMPLETELY won me over by actually pulling off this stunning Gucci gown. GASP. Who would have thought that she would have chosen such a standout dress? All shades of pink and berry, trompe l'oeil design, glittery... it's a gay man's dream! WELL DONE, NIC! GASP GASP GASP.

GASP MOMENT THREE... Hannah Bagshawe

It's not the first time Hannah Bagshawe - AKA Mrs. Eddie Redmayne - has appeared on my best dressed list. And it's not the first time I've been surprised by a super star wife. But it IS the first time I'm surprised by someone looking amazing AND pregnant on a big Hollywood red carpet. It's very rarely done. GASP. I'm not sure of the designer of this dress (I'm on a mission to find out), but it's completely amazing. Sequins all the way!
